What size leash and collar should I buy for my dog?
The size of the leash and collar depends on your dog’s breed, size, and neck circumference. We recommend measuring your dog’s neck and choosing a collar that fits snugly but comfortably. For leashes, a standard 5-6 foot length is perfect for most dogs, but we also offer other options for different needs.
How do I care for my pet’s gear?
To keep your pet’s accessories looking fabulous and lasting longer, regularly clean them based on the material. For fabric items, a gentle wash with mild detergent is recommended. For leather, PVC or metal hardware, wipe them down with a damp cloth and store them in a dry, cool place when not in use. Check for wear and tear periodically to ensure they remain safe for your pet.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. However, orders to more remote locations may take a little longer. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
How much does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
Shipping on orders under $100 (before HST) is $10. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. We ship to all locations within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
What is your return policy?
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, you can return most items (unused) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. This is Mocha, he weighs an impressive 150 lbs. As he grew, I struggled to find accessories and gear that were reasonably priced, big enough, durable enough, and that i actually liked for a dog his size. That challenge inspired me to create a store dedicated to offering high-quality products specifically designed for large dogs like Mocha, so pet owners never have to compromise on their dogs gear.
